Top mattress bulges and is not firm

We bought a top mattress from conns in dunlap in phx az no longer than 3 months the mattress gor soft and lost it firmness we found ourselves in the middle of the bed which was so uncomfortable, we made a claim scheduled a appt for tech to come out. Abd have been cancelled out 2 time fue to a bed gun breaking now we have a 3rd appt for Sept 22 we feel this is the biggest run around ever. We regret doing business with them. Myself Ruben Martinez would not recommend conns I feel that I should get a new mattress or close my acct...

Trash company

Have had an issue with them over several payments that placed on the wrong account. A year later still going back and forth with them will contact a small courts claim lawyer. Stay away from them the reviews don't lie.

DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS…

DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!
I bought a washer and dryer from Conn's Home Plus and they had a deal going on where you could pay no interest for 12 months on purchases. I didn’t plan on financing them but thought, why not!

First off, their “Auto Pay” system hasn’t worked EVER in the four months since my purchase. Even though I have been enrolled in Auto Pay since day 1, each month I get a notice about my payment and I have to log in and manually make a credit card payment. Then I call customer service and they tell me that I need to re-setup Auto Pay…which I do….and the next month…the same thing!

In August, I went through this stupid process again but this time, they took my payment TWICE. It was deducted twice from my bank and credited twice to my account at Conn’s. I called them to tell them that I didn’t authorize that payment and that I wanted them to put the other payment back. They assured me that it was an issue with their system and that they would be cancelling the first extra payment. THEY DIDN’T!!!! It cleared my account. Both of them.

I called AGAIN a week or so later and they told me that they were going to issue a refund. I wait another week or so and still no refund. Then, I called in AGAIN and they told me that they were issuing my refund and that it would take six weeks for it to process and get sent to me.

SO…after holding my money for three weeks without my permission, the only way that they can send me a refund is by check and it is going to take six weeks?!?!?! Are we living in 1990?!?!?! WFT?!!?!

I called their billing department and spoke with a manager named Zach. I doubt that is really his name but that’s the name he gave me. He may have been one of the RUDEST customer service people that I have ever dealt with. Not only did he do NOTHING to help me, he, and another lady at Conn’s proceeded to BLAME ME for the extra payment saying that I authorized it. THAT’S ABSURD!!! Why would someone make two payments that were timed stamped in the same second and the call and complain about it.

I don’t advise that anyone EVER do business with this company. They are rude, incompetent and don’t seem to care much about customer experience. If you need appliances or anything else for your home, you can do a lot better than having to deal with these CLOWNS!!!!

Bad experience

Terrible service will never buy from that store again had to pay more than what my balance was and at the end customer service was no help! They didn't give any solution and in the end, I ended up paying what they said so it wouldn't go against my credit.

Don't get the warranty!

I bought appliances from them 2/25/2022. Had the warranty and insurance on them. I canceled the insurance and 6/11/2022. Less then thier 30 day cancelation policy. Its now 9/6/2022 and they still haven't canceled it. I've sent Emails and made calls in August and trying to pay it off but the pay off is still with the over $1600 in insurance and warranty. Was on the phone with them today 9/6/2022 for 45 minutes and wanted to speak to a manager and after 15 minutes on hold I was told they will call me. Like they were saposto do the week before and last week. So I'm still sitting here waiting. The warranty department is the worst. All you can do is call customer service and they have to put in a ticket. There is no other way to speak to anyone to get this taken care off. Its been 6 months trying to get that canceled. They are the worst ever. I kept all emails to show when i started the cancelation and return documents.

Bar stools

My wife found two bars stools she liked and I ordered it and I got one and I called the store here in Texarkana and was told I didn't order it from them so I got to call the store out of town the tow bar stools cost $219.99 and for one bar stool is a little over 100.00 when I get this solved I'm not doing business with them anymore

Lost of a $1000 sale

I was prepared to purchase a $899.99 TV as well as prepared to pay the $100 delivery fee but then I was hit with a $15 gas fee. When Ii asked if the gas fee could be waived I was told no. So the manager lost a $1000 sales because of a $15 gas fee. Go figure

I AM COMPLETLY DISSAPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY NOT ONLY DO THEY ONLY WANT TO MAKE A SALE BUT UPON DOING SO TOTALLY GIVE YOU ALL SORTS OF EXCUSSES I FEEL I WAS TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BY THE SALE DEPT ,THE SHIPPING DEPT ASWELL AS THE CORPRATE OFFICE I ALSO FEEL AS I AM BEING FORCE TO BUY MERCHANDISE I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO RETURN FROM DAY ONE WITH NO PROGRESS MY SUGGESTION FOR BUYER IF YOU ARE NOT DESPRATE PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY UNTILL I AM SHOWN DIFFERANT BY THIS COMPANY I SAY THUMBS DOWN P,S, THE SALES STAFF ARE JUST WHATS THE STORES NAME (CONNS) NEED I SAY MORE???

Delivery guy

The delivery guy had no knowledge of anything
I had to move refrigerator from wall
I had to Google how to unhook a water line and turn off main water valve.
While I'm doing all this they taking pictures inside my home.
